Questions about pricing
Which OLTs do you support?
Huawei GPON and EPON today — the MA5608T, MA5683T and MA5800 families among them. If you run another vendor, tell us which and we will say honestly whether and when we can support it.
What counts as a subscriber?
Every customer device connected to one of your OLTs counts as one subscriber, whether it is online right now or not.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You are told you have reached the limit and you can move up to the next plan when it suits you.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. Your data stays where it is.
Is there a yearly plan?
No. We sell one, three and six months only, because prices here change too often to fix for a whole year.
How do I pay?
Access runs from the date you paid to the end of the period you bought. There is nothing to cancel and no automatic charge — when the period ends, you renew if you want to.
