Open the subscriber, and you are looking at their router. Change the Wi-Fi name or password, check which devices are connected, and set their internet login remotely. Most Wi-Fi calls end without anyone driving anywhere.

Catch a bad line while it is still a warning
Signal strength, temperature and port speed are checked for every subscriber. A port rated for 1000M that only negotiated 100M is flagged — that is usually a damaged cable, and now you know before the customer does. When a subscriber does go offline, you are told why: a power cut, a fiber problem, or a device switched off.
